Cats are obligate carnivores so need meat in their diets in order to thrive. Cats also have a high requirement for taurine, which is found exclusively in animal protein.
So we have created three new recipes that are species appropriate, tempting, and nutritious for that special feline in your life.
Like dogs, cats can suffer from common food allergies and intolerances, often caused by eating the same proteins repetitively.
So, we have included several “novel” proteins, helping the cats with food sensitivities and offering a broader range of nutrition whilst keeping mealtimes interesting and varied.

Gone Fishing
Designed to give your cats a taste of the ocean, Gone Fishing contains a mix of tasty fish including Coley, Mackerel (high levels of Omega 3 anti-inflammatory properties) and Sprats. Chia seeds are high in vitamin E and a good source of fibre. Psyllium Husks are a great source of soluble dietary fibre to aid normal bowel functioning.
Ingredients:
Duck Heart, Duck Breast, Coley, Chicken Bone, Chicken Liver, Mackerel, Sprats, Psyllium Husks/Chia Seeds.
Analytical Declarations: Protein 23.6%, Fat 6.1%, Ash 4.0%, Crude Fibre 1.1%, Moisture 70.1%
Why did we choose these ingredients?
Mackerel – Offers a substantial amount of omega 3 fatty acids which has valuable anti-inflammatory benefits.
Coley– Is a more sustainable member of the cod family, with good levels of Omega 3, B vitamins, niacin, iodine, selenium, and potassium.
Sprats – Are a small oily fish with low mercury levels and rich in vitamin D and B vitamins.
Bone from chicken carcass & the fish: Raw bones provide calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, potassium, fat, cartilage, and collagen.
Duck heart: Has excellent taurine levels and high in the antioxidant Coenzyme Q10 which helps slow down the aging process and improves energy levels. Rich in folate and the B complex (B2, B6 & B12) which supports a healthy heart. Deficiencies in this essential amino acid cause heart and skeletal defects particularly in kittens and young cats.
Chicken liver: Liver is the most nutrient dense of all the organs, rich in B vitamins, Vitamin A, Zinc, Iron, Chromium, Copper, Manganese and Folic Acid.
Chia seeds: Chia seeds are high in vitamin E and a good source of fibre.
Keepers Choice
Developed with ethics at heart, Keepers Choice contains a nutritious mix of ethically and locally sourced Game meats including Venison, Pheasant and Pigeon. Salmon Oil contains high levels on Omega 3, EPA, DHA & ALA Fatty acids. These are fantastic for a healthy skin and glossy coat as well as supporting a healthy heart and immune system.

Why did we choose these ingredients?
Pigeon & Pheasant are an excellent source of wild, free range, lean protein
Venison: Is a lean source of quality protein which is full of flavour. Higher in Omega 3 than beef and supplies good levels of B vitamins, riboflavin, niacin, iron, and zinc.

Fur & Fin
Now this is a real treat for the tastebuds, we combine creatures from the land and sea in this chunky, nutritious complete. Contains Rabbit, Duck, Lamb and Sprats (packed full of Vitamin B &D). Whole Rabbit is a a lean protein, with fur included to provide fibre and manganese. It is thought that the inclusion of fur in the diet is beneficial to intestinal hygiene.

Rabbit, duck heart, rabbit bone, lamb liver, sprats, duck gizzards, lamb kidney.
Analytical Declarations: Protein 20.9%, Fat 8.6%, Ash 3.4%, Crude Fibre 0.5%, Moisture 68.5%
Why did we choose these ingredients?
Whole rabbit including a small amount of fur: A lean protein, with fur included to provide fibre and manganese. It is thought that the inclusion of fur in the diet is beneficial to intestinal hygiene.
Sprats– As above.
Duck Heart: Heart contains the essential amino acid, taurine. Taurine is critical for nerve and cell function and combines with bile acids for optimal digestion.
Bone from rabbit carcass – As above.
Duck gizzards: Gizzards are high in protein but low in fat and provide good levels of zinc, iron, selenium, niacin, copper, manganese vitamin C and importantly vitamin B12 which is vital for brain function and the production of red blood cells.
Lamb kidney: Kidneys have a strong, tempting flavour and are a great source of vitamins B12, B6, riboflavin, carnitine, iron and folate.
Lamb Liver: Provides an abundance of vitamin A, copper, vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin C, E and B vitamins, folic acid, iron, thiamine, niacin, biotin and particularly rich in folate.
