General Notes

Please do not worry if your order isn't delivered within 24 hours. Delivery can take up to 48 hours. We use specialised packaging to keep the products frozen.
Next-day shipping means an order placed on day 1 is shipped on day 2 via next-day delivery, arrives day 3.
Bones come in different shapes and sizes so sometimes we might not be able to fit all the bones in your box. Anything that can't fit will be refunded for you. Shipping remains the same, the cost is for 1 box.
In extreme weather conditions, the courier and Henley Raw resereve the right to delay shipping. This is to protect your goods and ensure they remain safe in transit. The shipping fee is for the shipping service, it does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Parcels may be delayed due to conditions outside of our control, including extreme heat, traffic, breakdowns, lack of drivers and more. The full shipping fee still applies despite any delivery delay.

24 Hour Courier DISPATCH ON ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE MIDNIGHT MON-WEDS. This means ordered day 1, shipped day 2, arrives day 3.
Min order for courier is 12kg in order to keep the goods frozen in transit.
All orders placed before midnight Monday-Wednesday will be dispatched next day & arrive the following day
Orders placed after midnight on Wednesday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays), arriving Tuesday.
Orders do not need to be signed for, if you are not in it will be left in a convenient place unless a safe place is specified during checkout. If a safe place is unavailable this may be left with a neighbour and on rare occasions, delivery re-attempted the following day.
No items are dispatched on bank holidays or weekends.
Excludes delivery to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
