Home Delivery Customers

  • We continue to offer reliable nationwide delivery direct to your door via our courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. During busier periods, this may vary slightly, but we will keep you informed by email once your order has been dispatched
  • Min order for courier is 8kg in order to keep the goods frozen in transit.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or that a safe place is specified during checkout. Frozen goods must be transferred to your freezer promptly upon arrival.

Please note

  • We apologise that we are no longer able to offer a 24-hour or next-day delivery service.
  • To improve operational efficiency and quality control, trade orders are now delivered using our own temperature controlled vehicle fleet. Whilst we aim to provide same-week delivery, this cannot always be guaranteed. We will communicate with you directly to help ensure your freezers remain well stocked and disruption is minimised.

  • No items are dispatched on bank holidays or weekends.
  • Excludes delivery to Islands of Scotland, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
